A direct cremation is a simple, unattended cremation that takes place without a funeral service or mourners present. It allows you to say goodbye in your own way, at a time and place that feels right for your family.

Someone has just died. What do we do first?

Call us, day or night, and we'll talk you through it. A doctor will issue the medical certificate, and the death then needs registering with the local register office, usually within five days. We'll explain each step and help with the cremation paperwork, so you're never left wondering what comes next.

Is the £1,000 price really everything?

Yes. Our £1,000 price includes collection, help with all the paperwork, a simple coffin, the cremation itself and the return of ashes. There are no hidden costs or surprise fees added later.
